Noto is a global font collection for writing in all modern and ancient languages. Noto Sans Lao Looped is an unmodulated design in the more traditional, looped variant of the Southeast Asian Lao script, suitable for all texts. It has multiple weights and widths, and has 181 glyphs.
You can download font files directly and install them with Font Book. However, it’ll be much easier to install these fonts with RightFont — the best font manager for Mac.
